An acknowledgement on every version
Every decision names a person, a document and a revision. When version 4 replaces version 3, what people agreed to does not quietly become a claim about the new one.
Objections are first class
Requesting a change asks for a reason, because an objection nobody can act on is noise. The record keeps what was said, in the words it was said.
The history stays
The ledger is append-only. Nobody edits a decision to undo it; a changed mind is a new, true entry, and the whole sequence is readable and printable.
One engine, two templates
Family succession and business succession are the same product with different vocabulary. A new matter opens with a real plan already on it.
Lawyers and notaries included
People who will never create an AXXES account still appear in the record, in their own name and capacity, with their own acknowledgements.
